Home Passport is not a substitute for professional home inspections, legal advice, financial advice, engineering evaluations, appraisals, or services provided by licensed real estate professionals.

Home Passport does not recommend whether you should buy or avoid a property. Decisions about purchasing, inspecting, financing, or making an offer on a property remain entirely your responsibility.

Listing and review information

Home Reviews are prepared from information available on supported property listing pages and from other identified data sources used by Home Passport.

Although Home Passport aims to provide accurate and helpful information, it cannot guarantee that third-party listing information is accurate, complete, current, or available without interruption.

A Home Review reflects the information available when the review is created. Property conditions, listing details, prices, availability, and third-party data may change afterward.

No guarantees

Home Passport does not guarantee:

• the physical condition of a property
• the accuracy or completeness of a listing
• the availability of permits or records
• the outcome of an inspection, appraisal, offer, or purchase
• future property value or investment performance
• that every issue relevant to a property will be identified

Users should verify important information directly with the appropriate professionals, public agencies, sellers, listing agents, inspectors, or other authoritative sources.

Supported use

Home Passport is designed for personal home-buying decision support.

Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access or usage limits, access another user's account or data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Home Passport may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its systems.

Accounts and purchases

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for activity performed through their account.

Available passes, Home Review limits, purchase options, and included features are shown in the product at the time of purchase.

Purchases are processed through the payment provider identified during checkout. Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable once the associated Home Reviews or service benefits have been used.

Availability and changes

Home Passport may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, provider outages, or changes to supported third-party websites and data sources.

Home Passport may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the service after an updated version is published means the user accepts the updated Terms.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Home Passport is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular transaction.

Home Passport is not responsible for decisions made based on the service or for losses arising from property transactions, third-party information, professional services, or events outside Home Passport's reasonable control.
